Sharing Universal Life Force Energy

In April 2018 I registered for and completed the Reiki Healing Course Level 1 through Master Level with Lisa Guyman. To say it was life-changing is an understatement. I met many others who also went through the training and I spent three days completing my certification. I realized that I had been doing several of the reiki practices on my own for the last twenty years.

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a Japanese word; the first syllable, “rei” means “universal”, and the second syllable, “ki”, means life force or energy. I share this gift of Reiki whenever I can.

Through thought intention, Reiki transmits through light hand contact, with the hands held above the body, or remotely across a physical distance.  Reiki feels loving and deeply relaxing.  Chakra balancing occurs during a client’s Reiki session. This balancing of their energy causes them to release tension, emotion, and it promotes a deep state of relaxation.  It is through this relaxed state that the body has the ability to heal itself more quickly.

Reiki is by no means a substitution for medical treatment by a licensed physician or medication prescribed by one’s doctor. You can join me on this journey by scheduling either an in-person or remote session with me so that you too can tap into this universal life force energy!
